请各年级新生进入校务系统的《学生资料（I）:基础资料》（http://kuencheng.my/application/login.aspx）检查自己的照片是否正确，如果发现有错误请在13/01/2012（星期五）或之前亲自到资讯处处理。此照片同时也用以处理学生证，任何照片有误且逾期未处理者，一概以补发论（罚款RM20）。

Attention to all new students, please go to school admin system [Student Record (I) :Basic Info] to check the profile picture. If anything wrong please report to MIS department on / before 13/01/2012 (Friday). This profile picture also will be your student card's picture. For those who didn't report before the dateline, penalty would be RM20 to process new student card.

至于第一次登入系统的同学，请使用以下资料登入：

User ID: (学号，例如：12001)

Password: (身份证号码／护照号码，例如：990101-10-1001)
